GFA Cancels 2019/2020 football season

Over the past months, Many countries have resumed their sports activities especially football after the break during the Coronavirus pandemic.

In Ghana, Many football lovers have been yearning to know when the leagues in Ghana will be started.

Report reaching the desk of Baseafricatv.com makes it clear that The Executive Council of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), has taken a decision to cancel the 2019/2020 football season following a marathon meeting on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at the GFA Secretariat in Accra.

According to Accra base radios station, Angel 102.9FM, GFA confirmed to them Asante Kotoko has been given the right to represent Ghana in Caf Champions League.Ashantigold will also play in CAF Confederations Cup.
