Ghanaian legendary rapper, Obrafour, has sued American rapper, Drake over copyright infringement on his song “Oye Ohene” remix.
Drake sampled it into his new song “calling my name” .
According to reports, Drake sought permission to use the work via email but obrafour declined .
However, Drake released the project few days after.
This has called for lot of brouhaha triggering Obrafour to sue Drake $10 million .
