Black stars coach, Chris Hughton, who was rumored few days ago to be sacked as the head coach for the Ghana MENS national team due to poor performances in friendly matches against USA and Mexico.
Few weeks ago during the international break, The black stars of Ghana faced United States of America and Mexico as preparations towards the 2026 World Cup qualifier matches and AFCON 2024 but the team recorded their first two loss consecutively under Chris Hughton who has had 7 matches played in his records with 3 wins, 2 draws and 2 losses.
Huge speculations engulfed Ghanaian social media and traditional media as football association in Ghana have decided to demote the head coach, Chris Hughton.
Just after few hours of the rumors,Chris Hughton released his squad list for the forthcoming match against Comoros slated November 21,2023 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.
The coach has also spoken in an interview with BBC AFRICA as he speaks about his focus tiled on getting Ghana qualified.
