Two times Grammy Awards winner and Nigerian Afrobeat singer, BurnaBoy, has proven his supremacy in the music industry as he uses his Grammy award plaque as a cup for drinks in the night club.
According to Some netizens, This is a form of disrespect to the Academy board from the side of the self acclaimed “African Giant “ to use the highly respected award plaque in such moment.
First to do this was, Kanye west, where he peed on his first Grammy plaque in the water closet (WC) chanting over his dispute with Athena academy.
However, In the case of Burnaboy, There hasn’t been issue surrounding him and the Academy board so others finds it below belt.
Another school of thought believes he’s doing that as a shade to Davido who hasn’t won such award before but referred him as a small cat in the music industry.
