Ghana and Africa’s best rapper, Sarkodie, has set new record for himself as he becomes the first artist to accrue over 400k views on YouTube in two days on a Bob Marley project.

The Ghanaian rap legend, was all over social and traditional media as he was announced to be the targeted artist to refix BOB MARLEY’s Stir It Up Song.

Many also bashed the management of the late legend, Bob Marley for choosing a rapper instead of a reggae artist to mash up the song.

Several controversies spiked up but the management gave vivid explanation on how they chose the Ghanaian rapper.

Though Sarkodie rapper in his local dialect (Twi) but the song has crossed boundaries and has become the fastest streamed project for an artist working on a Bob Marley project.
