Russian President , Vladimir Putin Sends Congratulatory message To Ghana Amidst 65th Anniversary

Without regarding the Ukraine-Russia crisis, The Russian president has sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the independence day of the republic Ghana.
