Rapists Daughter shares story

A lady by the name Mary Amposah share tears as she narrates the trauma she went through by being born through rape.

According to Marys interview on SVTV,a Ghanaian based YouTube channel.

“My mum rejected me when I was seven (7) months old so my grandmother took over me. As a young girl who grew up in Abosokai (Accra), All I knew was my grandmother being my real mother but other neighbors use to mock me indirectly. Though I didn’t understand what they meant but I felt irritated anytime they point hands on me.“

The families of my alleged father who is a rapist did not ignore me, They provided all the needed support when necessary and under their capabilities.

When I was twelve (12) years old, My grandmother passed away so an Auntie of mine decided to take me to my real mother. When we got to my mother, She didn’t know me till my auntie explained who I was to her.

She shared tears bitterly so I thought everything would be great between us because she misses me.

The following two days was a beautiful moment between us and my other two siblings I met. The next morning which is the third day became an awkward day as she tells me what transpired to my rejection.

My mum told me “My dad raped her and as a result of that she got pregnant and from there she didn’t hear from him again”. It was tough for her to keep the pregnancy but she had no option.

So the hate she developed for me started from that point. She continued to hate even from the first day she narrated the whole story. My life became miserable in my own mothers house to the extent of taking me to another Auntie to stay with.

I had a great time with that auntie for about two weeks but I felt that wasn’t the right place For me so I ran from the house by taking her money to Kumasi though it was my first time there.

I lived on the street whiles searching for job but people were afraid to admit such a little girl like me. So one woman took me to a friend who was a “Chop Bar” owner and I started working there whiles sleeping at the corridor of the house.

After spending two years in Kumasi, I got a guy who was providing me some needs so I decided to date him when he proposed to me at the age of 14.

I broke my virginity with at that same age and I willingly did that due to how good he was.

I later left Kumasi after after few maltreatment from the mother of my “boss”.

I came to the family of my father at Sowutum (Accra) and they accepted me back but I started being stubborn due to the few life experiences at Kumasi. I was young but had a huge body stature so guys started disturbing me.

At the age of 16, I got an internet Cafe attendant job and that’s where I came to meet “internet Fraudsters”.

They taught me a lot and I became one their girls, we started going out at night with other girls so I decided to join them fully so we can move forward.
