Black Stars new boy, Ransford Kornigsdorffer Yeboah, scored brace as Bundesliga II side Hamburger SV eliminated SpVgg Bayreuth from DFB Pokal by 3-1.

Ransford first equalised Hammerich opener on the 83rd minute, after the Ghanaian came on in the second half.

The game ended 1-1 after 90 minutes, before Bastian Schonlau scored the second goal for Hamburg earlier on in the extra time.

20-year-old Ransford Yeboah doubled the lead, his second in the game, on 111th minute to seal the game for Hamburg. He joined Hamburg from Dresden in the ongoing transfer window. Ransford Yeboah recently accepted to feature for the Black Stars who are billed to participate in the World cup later this year.
