Meet Ajeezay, The Ghanaian Comedian

Nathaniel Mensah, popularly known as Ajeezay (NONFA KING) is a Ghanaian comedian and musician whose content is regarded as “out of context” but giggling.



Ajeezay has been credited with King Of Word Play comedy which recently transfigured into THE “DON’T LEAVE ME” CHALLENGE.

Magnificently, He wrote B.E.C.E whiles in JSS1 and overstepped the class.


Moving ahead,He also completed the University Of Cape Coast with First Class as a science graduate.

Per his interview with zionfelix, His family “abandoned” him for choosing comedy as a profession. As a family in this part of the world, They probably needed a medical doctor or any science related expert due to how intelligent he is.


Officially, He started comedy in 2012 and has been consistent till now. However, He has also pushed other talents like AY poyoo and Shatta on his social media platforms where these people are now celebrities.

As a musician, He does renditions of songs and currently, his Jerusalem soup (Cover of Jerusalem by Master KG) is the talk of town.

Releasing his first Ep has been a another blessing for him after a successful launch and a better streaming across all platforms.

He stands to be the first African Stand up comedian to come out with an Ep that have songs which qualify as mainstream steam joints.

Ajeezay is promised to be the next world stand up comedian from Africa to be musically renowned.

Currently his Jerusalem soup is one of the most popular songs in Ghana and doing well in other African countries.

Embarking on several philanthropic activities, Ajeezay has donated to Madam Fransisca who hails from the upper west region but lives in Sansama. She’s a widowed amputee who lost her legs at an early age.

He also extended his help to the popular Nkrumah woman, who suffered from a bomb during the Independence Day inauguration by the first prime minister of Ghana , Dr Kwame Nkrumah.
