Naomi Osaka Knocked Out Of The Olympic Games After Shock Defeat To Marketa Vondrousova

Naomi Osaka crashed out of the Tokyo Olympics games on Tuesday after an unexpected loss against Czech opponent Marketa Vondrousova in the third round of the Women’s Singles tournament.


Vondrousova, who is ranked 42nd in the world, beat the second-ranked Osaka in straight sets with scores of 6–1 and 6–4 to pull off one of the biggest upsets of the Tokyo Games so far.
