Joseph is a basic one pupil from the GISANZE PRIMARY SCHOOL who has spent 15 years in the same class convincing many of his teachers it’s impossible for him to graduate.
Most of his teachers started school with him but have graduated and now teaches him.
Joseph is 21 years of age and according his class teacher who started teaching him from 2018, She testifies that Joseph strive and pay attention in class but to no avail.
