Richard Nii Nuertey Tetteh, popularly known as Nii Afro is a Ghanaian based uprising Afrobeats, Afropop, AfroTrap, and Drill artiste and songwriter.
Nii Afro was Born in Komenda, Central Region of Ghana on April 25, 1996.
He actively Started his music career in 2018 when he entered the University but had the passion during Secondary School days as he use to rap on songs from Castro, Kofi Kinaata, Stonebwoy, Edem etc.
In his high school days, Nii Afro was a blogger and CEO of Moosehypez.net
EDUCATION
He started his Basic education at Entsua- Mensah Preparatory School in Komenda in the year and furthered at St. Mary’s Boys School – Apowa, Takoradi where he completed in 2015 and later proceeded Takoradi Technical University (2018 – 2021).
Career Highlights and Achievement
In 2021, He released his first single “Alone” produced by Elkanah Beat and Mixed&Mastered by Sanji where he has garnered close to 4k plus streams across all music platforms as it got nominated at the GHANA GOLDEN MUSIC AWARDS 2022 ( SONG OF THE YEAR category).
Currently, Nii Afro is working on a new project which will be featured by many artists in Ghana and Nigeria.

We are Seven(7) in the group and one(1) Artiste. Namely TopSailor, MicPowa, Childish_Wavy, Nii Afro, Becheez, Big_Chiiief, Skitle, and ManiInks.”
