Black Sherif Wins Performance At Soundcity MVP Awards
Ghana’s young star and most promising artist, Black Sherif has taken over Nigeria as he wins his first SoundCity award with an epic performance .
Black sherif won the Hiphop artist of the year with his song KWAKU THE TRAVELER.
From costume to stage craft, Black sherif won several hearts at the podium whiles they sing along with him on stage.
This is indeed a good way to represent his country as netizens react.
The Tingo-powered award ceremony was held at the Eko Convention Centre, in Lagos, Nigeria.
Highlights from the show included a tribute to departed artistes and their loved ones, including Sound Sultan, Ifeanyi Adeleke (Davido’s Son), Rico Swavey, Obama DMW and others.
Also, a guest appearance by Shanty Town lead cast Chidi Mokeme, Ini Edo and Mercy Eke, who mimicked their characters Scar, Inem and Jackie, got the audience laughing non-stop.
